I'm baking: Blueberry Coconut Pie

Translation:
I'm not a blueberry fan, but this pie has completely made me change my mind. Maybe it's because it contains coconut and lime, two ingredients that I otherwise love. This recipe belongs to Leila Lindholm, try it......

P.S I used 2 packages of frozen blueberries á 250 grams and doubled the amount of crumble to my rather large pie dish.

London: Pineapple Dance Studios

Translation:
Through my daughter Malin, I've lived with dance for over 20 years, to be a dancer was my own childhood dream, but as it never really happened to me, I have instead pushed her to do it - for good and for bad! And now, when we were in London we just had to pass by the famous dance school
Pineapple Dance Studios. I love the world of dance, especially the people; it's something special about them, I think working so hard with your body makes you relaxed, cool and life seems so much more fun!

At my little photo shoot in Covent Garden I chose a pair of shoes in bright colors
I love how they stand out against the otherwise dark clothing.

Shoes - BrunateJeans - Calvin KleinKnitted Sweater - Cindstory
Necklace - RebeccaJacket - Zara, Sunnies - Balenciaga
Lipstick bling-bling ring from New York

London: Eating and Treating

Translation:
In my last post London:  2 days, I wrote that despite two days seems so short you realize you still can experience a lot. But that also depends on where you live, and we didn't want to spend too much money on the hotel. But actually, the one we found was quite okay:
Imperial Hotel, Russell Square - a bit dull interior, boring breakfast (although it should be "full breakfast"), but it was very clean, and that's the most important. Just 15 minutes walk to Covent Garden, with the best shopping and restaurants, and when walking from the hotel we passed the Sicilian Avenue where we found the hair salon Brooks & Brooks, where Malin treated herself with a blow dry and styling.
